What this site collects, and what it does with it.

Cove & Crunch is operated by Yijin Su, a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2732641) with Loan Factory, Inc. (Company NMLS #320841). This policy covers this website. It does not cover Loan Factory's own systems, or any loan application you begin with them.
What is collected
The contact form asks for your name, email and phone, plus optionally your preferred contact method, the kind of loan you are asking about and a message. A submission is stored encrypted in our database and sent through Web3Forms to the inbox used for follow-up; Web3Forms says free-plan submissions may be retained there for up to 30 days. The calculators store nothing and send nothing anywhere — the figures you type are calculated in your browser and never reach our servers or our analytics. As you browse, pages visited, approximate location by IP, device type, referring site and any campaign parameters in your link are recorded.
Analytics and session recording
Google Analytics 4 receives behavioural data only — never your name, email, phone, property address or the figures you type into a calculator. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions and heatmaps with strict masking, so text you type appears as blocked-out placeholders, and it is switched off entirely on the report, wizard, code and checkout pages. Both can be blocked with a browser extension or private browsing mode; nothing here needs them to work.
Who it is shared with
Contact form submissions go to Yijin Su and are passed to Loan Factory, Inc. so your enquiry can be followed up. Otherwise information is shared only with the providers that run the site: DigitalOcean, Stripe, Web3Forms, Anthropic, and the analytics tools above. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for anyone else's advertising.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email a request and it will be actioned — a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. There is no account to sign in to. If you have begun a loan application with Loan Factory, ask them as well; their copy is separate from this site's.
