Cove & Crunch

Case studies

Two reports. Both told the buyer to walk away, or go back and renegotiate.

These are real reports, generated by the product, on real listings. Neither one recommends the purchase — and that is the point. A report that only ever agrees with you is worth nothing when you are deciding where to put a down payment.

Both were run with the address, MLS number, and household income withheld, so they could be shared with a partner or an agent as they are.
